Emma Cañete, Virtual Assistant

Emma Cañete is the Virtual Assistant for Redeeming Grace Counseling. She provides essential support to both the counseling team and clients, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Her role at Redeeming Grace Counseling is to:
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination.
Manage client records and documentation through Simple Practice EHR.
Support communication through emails, phone calls, and 3CX VOIP.
Handle back-office tasks that keep daily operations organized.
Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative work.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Financial Management, from the University of Southeastern Philippines, and is certified as a Documented Information Controller and a Data Science Associate. Her strong skills in organization, attention to detail, and client coordination allow her to provide reliable virtual assistance that helps the team focus on client care.
Outside of work, Emma was an advocate for mental health as a member of a Society of Peer Facilitators during her college years. She enjoys reading philosophical books and painting, which she considers a form of meditation and self-care. She values faith, family, and meaningful connections, while her love for reflection and creative expression naturally ties into Redeeming Grace Counseling’s mission of fostering healing and growth.
