Individual
Individual adult counseling is offered to those seeking support, understanding, solutions, growth, hope, and possible changes.
We offer a blend of various evidence-based intervention strategies, appropriately designed to meet the various needs and issues of our clients. Interventions include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Trauma Informed Therapy, Grief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family of Origin, and faith-based counseling, which includes Catholic and Christian individual and couples counseling.
We understand that a one-size fits all approach is not the best approach as individuals respond differently to various interventions, depending upon their personality, background, needs, and issues. Individual counseling is for those who seek relief from depression, anxiety, sadness, the pain of loss and separation, career and job losses, difficulties in relationships with family, a spouse or child, mood disorders, eating disorders, and addictions.
At Redeeming Grace Counseling, we offer you a resource of emotional support in a safe, comfortable and empathic environment.
