OK then what?

Once the diagnostic assessment has been completed on our first visit, then subsequent 60 minute sessions will be scheduled. How often and how frequent our sessions are, will be determined by your needs and if you have a diagnosis.  A treatment plan will be developed where we will review the plan where goals, objectives, and strategies will be made together. We will use this treatment plan as a guide throughout your sessions. You will be fully aware of the plan and just as life may take a change, the treatment plan can be adjusted to fit those changes. This is your journey, and I am here to help guide you where you are in your life.

So with that some clients will have 2-3 sessions and they feel ready to complete their therapy whereas others will have 6-10 sessions. It really depends. There is no such thing as "one size fits all" kind of therapy.
