Mentoring Moms - All Things Catholic Homeschool
Members of Aquinas Catholic Educators host discussions of all things homeschool.
Anyone currently homeschooling their children or are interested to learn more about it are welcome to attend.
Mentoring Moms meets once a month on the 2nd Thursday of the month, September - May. 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Located at the University of Mary- Fargo Campus (Butler Building) Located at 1351 Page Drive Suite 211, St. Raphael's Room and Zoom.
This meeting is free and open to the public. You may come to one meeting or all. One doesn't have to be Catholic to attend, but must be respectful as the group members teach their children from a Catholic perspective.
Each month has a different topic.
Sept: Starting your year, tips for success
Oct: Building friendships and community
Nov: Holidays and Holy Days
Dec: Self care for parents
Jan: Preventing or recovering from burnout
Feb: Lent, humility, and amping up the spiritual opportunities of homeschooling
March: How to end the year well
April: Curriculum reviews, planning for summer
May: Planning for next year
